How it works
Nothing to configure. The first check starts the moment you install.
Install
Channelmirror reads your products, markets, catalogs and sales channels. It asks for nothing else.
We check every product across markets and channels
Prices, compare-at prices, costs, publish state and AI-channel eligibility, in every context your store sells in. Then again every day.
You get one sentence per issue
Each issue names the product, the market or channel, and the two values that differ. Fix it with one confirmation, or get it by email and fix it later.
What we check
Ten checks, all on by default. Turn any of them off in settings, or change the price threshold.
Price differs between a channel and your store.
Above your threshold, 20% by default.
Price is below cost.
In any market or channel.
Compare-at price isn't higher than the price.
The strike-through would show a discount that isn't one.
Product is missing from a channel where similar products are sold.
Same type or vendor, mostly published.
Parent market products are showing in a channel you limited to a smaller catalog.
One issue per channel market, with the count.
Prices are set in a different currency than the market sells in.
Product isn't eligible for AI channels.
Missing image, price, title, or it's hidden from search.
Product lost eligibility for AI channels.
Eligible last time we checked, not any more.
A channel reports a problem with a product.
The channel's own message, passed through.
The price a market resolves differs from what's configured.
Checked on a sample of products every day.
Only reads, until you say so
Every fix shows what will change and waits for your confirmation. Nothing is ever edited on its own.
No customer or order data
Channelmirror asks only for products, publishing and markets. It stores configuration state, not copies of your products.
Your words, not ours
Markets and channels are named exactly as they are in your admin. No jargon, no dashboards.

Questions
What data does Channelmirror store?
Configuration state and hashes: which product is published where, and what price is configured in each market and channel. We never read or store customers, orders or payments.
Does it change anything without asking?
Never. Every fix shows exactly what will change and waits for your confirmation. Until you confirm, Channelmirror only reads.
Which markets and channels are covered?
Every Shopify Market, including channel markets, and every sales channel installed on your store: Online Store, Google & YouTube, Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, Shop and the others. Names appear exactly as they do in your admin.
What does "AI channels" mean?
Shopify's AI shopping channels, where products are surfaced through the Shopify Catalog. Channelmirror checks whether each product meets the public eligibility criteria. Channelmirror itself has no AI features; every check is a plain, deterministic rule.
How often do you check?
A full check every day, once in the early morning in your store's timezone. Product changes are re-checked within a minute. You get one email when something new needs attention, and a one-sentence summary on Mondays.
What happens when I uninstall?
Scanning stops immediately and your store's data is deleted when Shopify sends the redaction request, or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
Find out what doesn't match.
Install from the Shopify App Store and the first check starts right away.
